This week Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is releasing its new online course titled "Fundamentals of Youth Protection" (SD00198). The course is fundamental to managing the risks of one-to-one mentoring and building strong, high quality relationships in Big Brothers Big Sisters programs, and therefore is a key component of Big Brothers Big Sisters Program Manager and Service Delivery staff certification process.
