What is Adjunct Trainer Certification? Adjunct Trainer certification is a beginning step to becoming a teaching organization as we certify those with functional expertise to train others effectively. It provides skill and knowledge development for Program Managers and Supervisors to be able to share their expertise with new staff from other agencies by teaching at regional or state meetings. Who is eligible to become an Adjunct Trainer? VPs of Program or Program Managers in AIM agencies may ask to be considered for Adjunct Trainer certification. They will need to be approved by their CEO to teach at least twice a year at regional or state meetings.
