Agency Development support teams are organized to provide more complex strategic thinking and support to Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates in support of our Strategic Direction, where affiliates require the greatest support.  This includes:

• AIM conversion
• Standards
• Strengthening agency performance, capacity, and shared practice

The ultimate goal is to better position the BBBS network as a whole for greater nationwide impact.

In October 2011, the Agency Development team repositioned its generalized, regionally supported structure to six strategic teams backed by online agency support for BBBS specific inquiries.
